ESD Racks
ESD racks, also known as Electrostatic Discharge racks, are specially designed storage racks or shelves used to store electronic components, devices, or assemblies in an electrostatic discharge-safe environment. ESD racks are designed to minimize the risk of damage caused by electrostatic discharge, which can occur when there is a sudden flow of electricity between two objects with different electrical potentials.
ESD racks are typically made from materials that have good conductivity or dissipative properties to ensure the safe dissipation of any static charges. They are often constructed using materials such as metal or conductive plastic, which can help to redirect any electrostatic charges away from the stored electronic components.
